Four operators sign MoA to develop an 11,000km data centre to data centre system

e&, Telecom Egypt, Telin and a major Indian operator signed a new Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) at Capacity Middle East 2024 to form a consortium with the aim to develop the ICE IV Project.

This new Data Center (DC) to DC system will seamlessly connect the Intra Asia region to India and the Middle East on a unique route that demonstrates the true spirit of collaboration between these regions.

STC ibasis MOA

stc Group and iBasis sign MoU to develop IoT in MENA

 

stc Group has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with iBasis to support the provision of global communications via Internet of Things (IoT) in Middle East and North Africa (MENA).

The signing took place during Capacity Middle East event, and under the MoU, will enable stc to benefit from iBasis’ IoT capabilities, enabling IoT technology developers in Europe and America to expand into the region.

i3Forum, GSMA, and ITW Global Leaders Forum (GLF) are partnering to help restore trust in international communications and fight illegal/unwanted voice calls and messages.

The Restore Trust initiative spearheaded by i3Forum has been given the support of the GSMA and the ITW GLF as announced at Capacity Middle East 2024.

CMI and Batelco ink collaborative MoU at Capacity Middle East 2024

 

 

China Mobile International (CMI) and Batelco (Bahrain Telecommunications Company), part of the Beyon, group formed a partnership during Capacity Middle East 2024.

A memorandum of understanding (MoU) was signed by Alex Lee, Middle East managing director at CMI and Hani Askar, chief global business officer at Batelco.
