Zaher Chami is a results-driven telecommunications leader with more than 20 years of experience in business development, sales management, and strategic partnerships across international wholesale markets. In his current role as AMENA Director at Orange Wholesale & International, Zaher oversees commercial operations across Asia, Middle East, and Africa, leading a cross-regional sales team to accelerate growth in global voice, mobility, and connectivity services.

He combines deep technical expertise with strong commercial acumen and has been instrumental in advancing Orange’s international solutions portfolio and presence across AMENA region — from standard voice exchange to 5G services to digital infrastructure and cloud-based connectivity platforms.

Zaher holds a PhD and a Master’s degree in Telecommunications and Network Engineering, and he is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®).
