I am a telecoms and digital infrastructure strategist, ecosystem builder, and purpose-led entrepreneur with over two decades of experience across telecommunications, technology, media, and talent development.

I started my first business at the age of 19 and have never followed a conventional corporate path. Instead, my work has been shaped by building, convening, and advising across complex environments — from municipalities and national institutions to CIO communities, global forums, and emerging ecosystems.

Through my work as Founder of Konecta and several ecosystem initiatives, I focus on designing intelligent digital infrastructure and platforms that enable not just connectivity, but economic participation, dignity, and ownership.

I am particularly interested in the role of digital public infrastructure, open systems, and platform economics in shaping Africa’s future — and in how leadership must evolve to support humane, inclusive, and sustainable systems.

My leadership philosophy bridges boardroom strategy with heart-led leadership — what I often refer to as Boardroom to Soulroom. I believe the systems we build are a reflection of the leaders we are, and that Africa’s next phase of growth will require clarity, courage, and deep responsibility.
