Silvia Peneva is Managing Director of the Global Leaders’ Forum (GLF) and the International Telecoms Week (ITW) portfolio, where she leads strategy, growth, and market positioning across some of the world’s most influential digital infrastructure and connectivity platforms.

With over 15 years’ experience operating at the intersection of technology and innovation, Silvia has built and scaled global platforms that convene senior industry leaders, investors and policymakers to shape dialogue, partnerships, and long-term industry outcomes. Her career spans senior roles across the private and public sectors, including GSMA, Amazon Web Services, The Economist, and the UK’s Connected Places Catapult.

Silvia is particularly passionate about the power of convening as a strategic tool — using events and leadership forums not simply as gatherings, but as platforms for decision-making, collaboration, and impact across industries and society.

She holds an MSc from the London School of Economics and Political Science and maintains a strong interest in international affairs and global policy.
