Reem El Khatib is a Risk Management Executive at Lockton with over 6 years’ experience in the insurance industry. She specialises in emerging risk research and strategic risk consulting. Working within Lockton’s Strategic Risk Team, Reem supports clients across various risk disciplines, such as Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and Business Continuity Management (BCM). She has authored numerous whitepapers and curated risk forums and workshops around emerging risk themes, such as AI and sustainability. Reem is also an active member of various specialist groups and committees including AIRMIC, Lockton’s ESG committee and global AI working group. In 2023, she got appointed as an Honorary Visiting Fellow in the Faculty of Actuarial Science & Insurance at Bayes Business School (formerly Cass).
