With more than 18 years of distinguished professional experience, Omar Al Rashid is the Vice President of Commercial Excellence at TAWAL, a leading Saudi company at the forefront of digital infrastructure and telecommunications. He is responsible for driving commercial strategy, performance optimization, and value creation to support the company’s long-term growth and leadership in the digital infrastructure sector.

Omar began his professional career at Mobily, where he built a strong foundation in the telecommunications industry. He then advanced his career at AlBabtin LeBLANC, gaining extensive experience in commercial operations, strategic partnerships, and market development. Most recently, he joined TAWAL since 2019 until Today, where he continues to play a key role in enabling digital transformation and strengthening the Kingdom’s telecommunications ecosystem.

In addition to his executive role, Omar serves as a Board Member of the Small Cell Forum, contributing his expertise to the global dialogue on next-generation connectivity and small-cell deployment. His work spans both the public and private sectors, delivering innovative, future-ready solutions that align with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 and reinforce the Kingdom’s leadership in the digital economy.
