As Business Development Director at RETN, Olena Lutsenko plays a pivotal role in driving group-wide business development worldwide, supporting the company's expansion and long-term strategic initiatives across various regions. Building on her successful leadership of RETN’s Black Sea region - spanning seven countries and multicultural, multifunctional teams, including Ukraine - Olena is now actively involved in the development of new Asia–Europe connectivity paths.

Her extensive industry expertise makes her a respected voice in telecoms, frequently speaking at major events across Europe, telecommunication conferences in cities like Rome, London, Kyiv,  Bucharest, Bologna, Manchester.  Olena’s insights contribute significantly to advancing industry knowledge and preparedness in the face of emerging challenges.

In 2023, she was honoured with the prestigious World Communication Awards – ‘Woman in Telecoms’. Beyond her business achievements, she is a key supporter of RETN's partnership with the charity OUR CHILDREN, which helps children impacted by war.

Olena holds an Executive MBA with Distinction from Hult Business School, London, complementing her hands-on experience in building international partnerships and navigating complex market environments.
