Maxime is the Vice President Digital Infrastructure Development for Orange Wholesale International.

In this position he oversees the development and management of digital infrastructure projects, investing in new submarine cable projects, launching new terrestrial routes and developing satellite ground stations. His strategic focus is instrumental to ensure Orange becomes a leading international InfraCo.

As an InfraCo, Orange develops wholesale infrastructures for the digital players enabling its customers to rely on resilient and secure solutions to build their own network upon.

Maxime has extensive knowledge of the global telecom ecosystem, with 15 years in the industry focusing on international networks developments and strategies.

Prior to joining Orange Wholesale, Maxime has held several network operations positions within Orange France and focused on complex corporate solutions for major MNCs at Orange Business.

In his free time, Maxime enjoys traveling with his family and is also a keen triathlete, enjoying every occasion to spend time in nature.
