Mahesh Jaishankar has over 25 years’ experience in digital infrastructure, international connectivity and business development.

Prior to joining CMC Networks, Mahesh held several high-profile leadership roles, including Senior Advisor at Arthur D. Little, Head of Strategic Negotiations for GNA MENA at Google, and CEO of Arc Solutions. His tenure at DU, a leading telecom operator in the UAE, spanned over 14 years, where he played a pivotal role in driving global infrastructure and enterprise solutions.

Throughout his career, Mahesh has led major infrastructure and connectivity initiatives across the Middle East and globally. At Google, he was responsible for acquiring network and data center infrastructure across multiple regions and played a key role in AI deployment projects. He conceptualized and led Arc Solutions, a joint venture between DU and Batelco, aimed at building a pan-regional network of interconnected data centers. At DU, he managed international connectivity strategies, infrastructure deployments, and P&L for key business units like datamena and broadcasting services. His leadership consistently reflects a deep understanding of telecom ecosystems, strategic vendor negotiations, and end-to-end network solutions.

Mahesh holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering, an MBA in Information Technology from the University of Leicester, and has completed the Global Leadership Program at INSEAD.
