Blanca Fernandez Cavalheiro is a Partner in PwC Middle East’s Technology, Media and Telecommunication (TMT) practice based in Riyadh. With over 17 years of experience in strategic consulting, she specializes in telecom, digital infrastructure, media and advising leading clients across Europe, the Middle East and Latin America.
Before joining PwC in 2024, Blanca built her career at Oliver Wyman, Booz & Co, Delta Partners, Altan Redes and EY-Parthenon. Her expertise spans commercial strategy (B2B and B2C), market assessments, digital transformation and M&A. Her work includes GTM design and pricing, BI and analytics implementation, and strategic advisory on fiber, wholesale and post-merger integration.
