On February 24, three submarine cables were cut in the Red Sea (Seacom/TGN-EA, EIG, and AAE-1) disrupting internet traffic for service providers from East Africa to Southeast Asia. This panel will look back at the immediate implications of the cuts, and how different parties rerouted.
